O’Noonan Construction is built on a solid foundation, just like all of our projects. Pat Noonan, President, started his building career in 1993. His first job was hauling lumber and picking up trash. Within four years he was a foreman, running a production framing crew for a large sub contractor. By 1997 Pat was the Vice President of a production framing company, building large custom homes in the Twin Cities area. He estimates that he has built over 250 homes in his career.

In 2003 Pat started O’Noonan Construction with customer satisfaction and quality workmanship as the cornerstones of the business. In the 5 years since, he has satisfied hundreds of customers, and set in place quality standards that are enforced with every employee and every sub contractor. O’Noonan Construction uses only the best materials and labor available.
