O'Noonan Construction uses only kiln dried premium cedar for our decks. We have it delivered to our shop in a covered shipping container, it is then sanded and stained before we install it on your project. This allows us to protect where others can't, between the boards and on the undersides of rails. O'Noonan cedar is never exposed to weather, ultra violet rays or high humidity levels, all of which will lead to poor stain performance and shortened longevity.
