O’Noonan Construction has developed a screening system for our screen porches that keeps the screening tight and allows for easy replacement. We use only kiln dried premium cedar for our porches, it is sanded and stained before we install it on your project. This allows us to protect where others can’t, between boards and on the undersides of rails. O’Noonan cedar is never exposed to weather, ultra violet rays or high humidity levels, all of which will lead to poor stain performance and shortened longevity. We put our cedar warranty in writing and we stand behind it.
